Forward Focus Media, LLC has been selected by the Libertarian National Convention to manage exhibition booths for this event. These booths will be assigned to your organization on a first-come, first-served basis. For this event, exhibit booths will be aligned in a foyer immediately outside of the main convention floor. Six foot tables will be provided for each booth space. For those of you with tall signs or other exhibit props, the ceiling is twelve feet tall.
Booth Descriptions
There are two types of booths available, Standard and Premium.
Standard booths are $325.00.
Premium booths are $550.00. These booths are located closer to the convention floor doors. They are the same size as Standard booths, but have the added impact of higher visibility.
Location assignment within each class of booth is on a first-come, first-served basis. One six foot table is provided for each booth.
If you require electricity there will be a $60 hook up fee. Please specify if you need for electricity when reserving your booth.
"Free WIFI" is available in the hotel lobby and convention foyer, where our booths are located.
Booth set up and final break down times are still being reviewed. The times will be posted shortly.
